Refund Policy

Website customization is a made-to-order digital service. This policy explains when a payment may be refunded.

Last updated October 2, 2026

Before custom production begins

If a paid project has not entered custom production, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the project payment, less any non-refundable third-party costs already purchased specifically for that project.

After custom production begins

Once custom design, content integration, coding, configuration, or other project-specific work has begun, the service is considered partially performed. Payments for work already performed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party costs

Domain purchases, paid licenses, third-party subscriptions, API usage, premium assets, transaction fees, and similar costs purchased specifically for the customer may be non-refundable when the third-party provider does not refund them.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If a customer believes they were charged twice or charged incorrectly, they should contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Project cancellation

A customer can request cancellation by emailing [email protected] with the order reference. Any eligible refund is evaluated based on the project status and work already completed.

Test mode

Stripe Test Mode transactions do not move real money and therefore do not require refunds.
