Terms of Service

These terms apply to website design, customization, hosting, delivery, and related services ordered through Premium Site Market.

Last updated October 3, 2026

1. Orders and scope

Each project begins with a selected template and the business information supplied by the customer. The package price displayed at checkout covers the features and services listed for that package. Additional pages, integrations, custom functions, content creation, premium third-party services, or other work outside the included scope require a separate quote and the customer’s agreement before that extra work is added.

2. Payment and project start

Payment is required before production begins unless an alternative arrangement is approved in writing. Once payment is confirmed, the customer’s private Project Setup becomes available. Production begins when the required setup information and any customer-selected assets are submitted, or when an administrative exception is approved.

3. Revisions and approval

The customer receives a private preview and may approve it or request changes. The included number and scope of revision rounds are those shown or agreed for the selected package. New features or major scope changes may require an additional quote.

4. Customer content and rights

The customer is responsible for having the right to use all logos, photos, text, trademarks, media, and other materials they provide. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of its business information, claims, prices, and policies.

5. Templates and final deliverables

After full payment, the customer receives the agreed customized website deliverable or managed-hosting service. Pre-existing templates, reusable components, builder systems, automation, and internal tools remain the property of their respective owner and are not transferred as exclusive intellectual property unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Hosting, Website Care, domains, and third-party services

Managed hosting covers hosting and publication of the managed website after approval. Ongoing uptime monitoring, backup protection, maintenance updates, and small content changes are provided only when an active Website Care subscription or another written maintenance arrangement applies. Client-hosted delivery is a separate option. Domain registration, premium plugins, paid APIs, email providers, payment processing fees, or other third-party costs are not included unless the order specifically says they are included.

7. Performance and results

We aim to deliver a functional, responsive website matching the agreed scope. We do not guarantee a particular level of traffic, search ranking, leads, revenue, advertising approval, or business results.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Because customized websites are digital services created for a specific customer, refund eligibility changes once custom production work begins.

9. Customer approval

When the customer presses “Approve website,” the preview is treated as accepted for final launch or delivery, subject to any remaining items already agreed in writing.
